or by completing and submitting the Online Reservation Request link below.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. At least a twenty-four hour notice is preferable. (A message on the answering machine is fine.)
I was sadly surprised we would have to implement this policy.
If a reservation is made and no one shows up or calls to cancel, it will be considered a "No-Show" and the person's name will be placed on our "No-Show" list. Not showing up for a reservation is unfair for those who are on our waiting lists. "No-Shows" will be unable to make a reservation for twelve months. This policy has been put in place retroactively starting June 2009.
For an Online Reservation, please click the link below and fill out the form with the dates you would like to stay. Your reservation request will be sent to our e-mail box. We will send an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address provided.

The following paperwork can be completed upon arrival, We will need a copy of your pet's Rabies and Parvo (DHLP or DHLPP) papers when you check-in. (We can make the copy here if needed.)
We accept checks, cash, Visa or Master Card at check-out. Paypal invoicing can also be used if you would like to pay for your boarding charges in advance.

Vaccination Paperwork
The receipt for the check-up from your vet with the pet's name on it is fine.
Once we have it on file, it will not need to be provided again until it is outdated.
