Dog guests do not stay in their room all day.
Guests are given two activity times, one in the morning and one in the evening. We do not mix pets from other families during activity time.

Our activity time is not a potty break and it does not require the guest to share a human's attention with multiple dogs in a large group. Our activity time is about personalized fun and one-on-one interaction with the guest. Two activities are included each day. There are four types of activities to choose from: Romp Time, Nature Walk, TLC time (for older or less active guests) and Playground Time.

The amount of activity time varies with the energy level of the pet and depends on the activity selected. Some guests take fifteen minutes to walk around the Nature Trail, some take thirty. Some guests may play ball for an extended period of time in the morning, but prefer a short walk in the evening. Other guests just want belly rubs and love. The amount of time can also vary with the number of guests we are boarding. If we have a full house, activity times are limited to a thirty minute maximum (each activity).

It is the rare guest that needs and additional activity time, but if you feel your pet needs more playtime than included, additional activity times are available for an additional charge. Please note, we will not pressure your pet to play. If they are tired and would just like to be petted and receive attention while outside their room, that is what we will do.

Guests sharing a room will share their activity time together. If a family that has multiple dogs sharing a room and would like an individual activity time for certain pets, an extra activity charge will need to be applied. Otherwise, all the guests sharing the room will participate in their activity time together.
