Requesting a reservation acknowledges all policies have been read and agreed upon.
After the reservation form is completed, a deposit based on the reservation details will be totaled on the form. The total will be requested after the reservation is submitted. If a deposit is paid, and we do not have a vacancy, the deposit will be refunded.
Please let us know as soon as possible if pick-up or drop-off dates need to be updated.
We understand it is sometimes necessary to return earlier from a trip than expected, but we have had to limit flexibility. If returning earlier than the reservation dates provided, up to two nights will be forgiven from the total cost of the reservation. For example, if a ten night reservation is created and a customer returns after four nights, the customer is responsible for eight nights of the reservation's cost (only two nights are deducted).
